Chipton-Ross is seeking a Nurse Employee Health 2 for an opportunity in Palmdale, CA.
Provide on call assistance as needed in Health Services unit under direction of Lead RN and ESHM site manager. Perform on call and scheduled COVID call intake per NG process during the day, evening and weekends as needed. Assist with COVID related response activities and review recordkeeping.
Associates Degree plus 3 years of experience as a RN in an emergency room, urgent care, or occupational health setting:
Current certification for Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers Current certification in Blood Borne Pathogens (BBP)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software programs
Knowledge of workers’ compensation procedures.
Certification in Occupational Health Nursing CAOHC.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
Associates Degree is required.
School must be accredited.
1)Mon- Fri 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
2)Friday - Tuesday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Will work remotely but may have to work onsite if needed to provide coverage for surges *
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
