- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Payroll Tax Analyst for an opening in Pittsburgh, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data entry of SUI tax rates for states within each Pay Group
Data entry of adjustments for corrections of 2020 wage and tax data (creation of W2C for 2020)
Apply for state and local taxes
Upload tax notices into Smart Compliance and follow up on any issues
Navigate in Workday and ADP PayForce and Smart Compliance software systems
Review of reports to update employee tax screen in ADP PayForce
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of experience in Payroll - specifically Payroll Taxes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience working for a large corporation with taxes withheld and paid in all 50 states
Experience with Workday, ADP PayForce and ADP Smart Compliance
EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
WORK HOURS:
1st Shift
Full-Time Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
