- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Scientist II for an opening in Princeton, NJ.
Designs and executes experimental plans and studies within discipline based on the defined deliverables.
Applies technical skills and functional knowledge to projects/ assignments within own work group/ project team independently and proactively.
Oversees maintenance of laboratory and equipment
Draft technical plans, reports, and protocols.
Leads client and technical projects by self or in a team as assigned by management.
Has deep knowledge of varied aspects within downstream process development
Applies technical skills and purification knowledge to projects/ assignments within own work group/ project team independently and proactively.
May speak at technical conferences
Makes detailed observations and analyzes, resolves issues, documents, and communicates test results
Leads project with supervision, manage project timelines and deliverables
Interacts with clients, presents data to clients as group representative, independently on occasion and with minimal supervision
Record results in notebook accurately, clearly, and regularly.
Prepare protocols, reports, and unicorn methods
Maintain and ensure safe laboratory environment and work practices.
Help to maintain laboratory and order common supplies.
Execute, record, and evaluate experimental data appropriately, including the writing and revising of process development reports and technology transfer protocols as needed.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
