Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Engineering Associate for an opening in Torrance, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work with our Engineering team to review technical documentation, including prints, parts lists, and BOMs
• Use our ERP system to retrieve necessary documents
• Ensure that listed part numbers are linked to the appropriate specifications
• Confirm that listed sub-assemblies match up to their next higher-level assemblies

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• One year of manufacturing or engineering experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing specifications, bills of material, and document control
• A high degree of attention to detail
• Computer proficiency
• Prior experience using ERP systems to access technical documents
• A relevant manufacturing- or engineering-related degree would be helpful

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
9/80, 8-9
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
