Description
Chipton-Ross is seekign a Planning Coordinator for an opening in Alachua, FL.

SUMMARY:
The Planning Coordinator performs daily logistical material planning at Brammer Bio in Alachua, FL. The core responsibilities include creating and tracking material requisitions using the site’s ERP software and other tools, and analyzing material demands in light of supply. The Coordinator ensures that materials are available to maintain scheduled activity within the cleanrooms and labs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Material planning. Manage material flow end-to-end for client projects. Schedule material ordering and transfers to maintain project timelines. Maintain non-ERP ordering trackers. Monitor present and future inventory levels. Evaluate present and future inventory usage. Provide material availability as an input for production planning. ERP transactions. Create purchase requisitions and material reservations for cleanroom and lab activities. Create process orders for manufacturing campaigns. Perform goods receipts and goods issues. Create bills of material (BOMs), recipes, and production versions for manufactured products. Document Preparation. Support the creation and revision of supply chain standard operating procedures, work instructions, and other written documentation. Other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:
This individual will work within the Supply Chain Planning Team and cross-functional stakeholders to understand material requirements, program timing, and ERP system functionality to successful plan for production activities. Excellent analytic and communication skills (verbal and written). 3 years of materials planning experience. Regulatory environment. ERP/MRP software. Microsoft Excel. Project management.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Bachelor’s degree preferred

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Shift Times/Days: M-F, 8-5pm
Depending on projects/clients needs, there might be times where overtime and weekend work will be required. Though, schedules are often flexible and can be adjusted to have weekdays off if weekend work is required (and if overtime is not desired by the employee).

Officially on-site, but the position would start by working remote due to COVID procedures.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
