Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production Planning and Scheduler 3 for an opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces high level execution scenarios (studies) for leadership review, builds individual detailed schedules for construction, and controls integrated master schedules.
Works with internal stakeholders, general contractors, and engineering consultants to produce detailed schedules combining design, procurement, construction, and commissioning for complex projects (multi-phase and multiyear).
Advises management of the status of work in progress, provide critical path analysis, and identifies schedule risks.
Combines schedule of values in Microsoft Project to provide cash flow forecasts, updating as needed in financial tracking systems. Analyze contractor bid and execution schedules to provide guidance on issues and improvement opportunities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
9/80 work week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
