- Chipton Ross is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Memphis, TN.
Receive and process orders through customer service department.
Generate daily shipment paperwork from SAP for tank truck finished product.
Verify conformance of all tank truck finished product shipments to finished product specifications and release product for shipment.
Produce all shipping documentation for tank truck finished product including tank wagon loading schedule, update electronic Red Book, COA’s, SAP documents, Bill of Lading, Customs Paperwork, etc.
Coordinate bulk delivery schedule with carriers.
Post Goods Issue for bulk shipments in SAP.
Track, analyze and report all quality delivery incidents
Maintain shipping records files including adding shipping records to API product batch records
Coordinate sample shipments. Complete all paperwork, including COAs.
Monitor carrier issues and publish a monthly carrier issues report
Participate in rotating weekend duty for logistics issues
Process returns on all products.
SAP experience required
Previous customer service and/or computer experience is required
Test Experience: 2-5 years
Clerical experience in logistics.
SAP experience, able to work 4/10 shift and one weekend per month.
Detailed oriented, experienced in shipping product and all aspects of a logistics department.
High School or equivalent
Full time 4/10
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
