- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Cash Application Specialist for an opening in Pittsburgh, PA.
As a Cash Application Specialist you will work in a face paced environment to analyze and troubleshoot customer payments that do not align with open invoices. You will be responsible for credit card settlements and application to invoice detail, along with processing any credit card chargeback deductions, reversals, and reconcile total balances to settlements.
Position can be responsible for preparing the ACH interface transmissions and balancing, remote deposit processing, as well as all other tasks done within the department. Support department team members when they are out of the office so aptitude for learning and retaining multiple processes is required. Review, troubleshoot and enable customer requests for E-invoicing. Position supports the team leader and manager with more difficult tasks and projects. Communicate with internal and external customers Ability to work and control multiple procedures is required. Preparing, analyzing and work with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents.
Aptitude for learning and retaining multiple processes is required. Ability to work and control multiple procedures is required. Good working knowledge of MS Office tools. Great communication skills both written and verbal.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
