Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Associate Program Manager for an opening in Carlsbad, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
You’ll maintain the Outlook calendar for all project phase approval review meetings, communicating across executive leaders and Program Managers and using good judgment to offer solutions to complex scheduling as needed. You’ll maintain accurate and timely records for all project phase approval review meetings. You’ll develop training materials and train the product development community on portfolio data management & reporting. You’ll ensure the integrity and accuracy of portfolio data. You’ll work independently or with a team on special portfolio administration or analytics projects as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Administration experience in a corporate environment preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook). Fluent in English. Intrinsically motivated, accountable, and committed to professional development. Excellent written and verbal communicator; exceptional relationship builder. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High school diploma, GED, secretarial/business school certificate, Associates Degree / BA preferred

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Day Shift: M-F, 8-5; 40 hrs/week

Remote: Yes, must be PST timezone

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
