Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking five Call Center Service Representative 2's for an opportunity in Irving, TX.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides telephone customer service regarding company's services and/or products. Identifies customers needs and determines appropriate action, promotes other products/services.
Utilizes multiple tools to track calls and document information related to cases.
Focus on customer experience and reliable team support.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma required
Prior experience with case management tool useful. Key focus on customer service and overall experience. Reliable team player who shows flexibility and aptitude to juggle multiple tools and priorities.


EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent/GED is required.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 workweek


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
