Chipton-Ross is seeking a Meeting & Event Specialist for an opening in Madison, WI.

Plan, product and deploy a webinar, webcast, and virtual events for the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD) for client.

Work hands-on in multiple platforms such as ON24, 6Connex, Webex Events, and CXApps to create, design, and produce virtual events.

Responsible to help train event presenters, hosts, and moderators from multiple global regions on how to use the platform for recording, presenting, and managing Q&A.

Coordinate support and technical aspects of virtual events with the Marketing Technology team and each respective platform provider.

Work with our virtual event marketing strategist to align to customer-centric, consistent, and efficient templates.

Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail combined with a strong desire to support pipeline generation.

Leverage a PDSA model to implement new initiatives, ensuring a feedback loop is in place to iterate and improve the overall process, efficiencies, and performance.

Develop effective documentation including scopes of work, project plans, scope documents, creative briefs, site architecture, and other related business requirements documents.

This role is 80% production, with 20% project management. The production is focused on setting up webinars in virtual event platforms. The PM tasks are working with Marketing/Marcom teams to ensure professional delivery of webinars.

5+ years of digital marketing experience.

3+ years of hands-on webinar and virtual event platform experience, such as: ON24, 6Connex, Webex Events, CXApps, or similar.

Experience training presenters, hosts, and moderators in virtual event platforms.

Experience hosting or providing day-of support for webcasts/webinars a plus.

Experience with live broadcast/streaming platforms and captioning/translating services.

Experience with marketing automation programs such as Eloqua or Marketo.
Experience working in a matrix environment .

Exhibits superior communication skills; both oral and written, including persuasive, articulate, and concise presentation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix-based environment and ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.

Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.

Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency and risks, and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the organization.

Minimum Bachelor's degree in related profession.

Monday Friday, 8:00 5:00 pm CST or EST. Will need flexibility once a month to meet outside of core business hours for NA.

Remote - Candidate must be available Central & EST

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
