- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Digital Analytics and CRO Engineer for an opening in Durham, NC.
This role is vital to delivering a relevant and engaging digital experience that ultimately lifts conversion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in web analytics and user experience best practices with hands-on technical skills to deliver analytics implementations that are accurate and scalable, and conversion optimization tests that result in improved digital experience and performance.
Maintain and evolve our web analytics and tag manager implementations to align with the evolution of our website and business demands. Use analytics to proactively identify areas to improve our web performance, formulate UX hypothesis on how to improve them, implement tests to prove them out, and determine next steps to iteratively improve upon the results. Partner with key stakeholders to understand web analysis needs and make necessary adjustments to our web implementation and/or reporting to fulfill them in a way that is scalable, accurate and adheres to industry best practices. Own web analytics and tag manager implementation documentation.
Accredited BS/BA degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field required.
Candidate must be on East Coast
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
