- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Service Rep. for an opening in Miami, OK.
Will be handling about 40 phone calls a day. Most of the correspondence will be 100-200 emails and the emails should be responded to within 24 hours. This position will be doing order entry, Sr. Customer Service Rep back-up, will answer emails, maintain Excel sheets, follow up on late orders with Planner, notify customers when orders are going to be late.
Should have a year or of experience, will need to be trained on the order entry system. Should have done customer service phone calls before (1 year of experience) . Computer, phone skills, Excel & Word.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Monday-Friday 8-5 with an hour lunch. Lunch is not paid for.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
