Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an IT Intern for an opening in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Support 20+ users with the company specific IT needs

-Open support tickets with the IT Service Desk on behalf of users

-Follow up on support tickets on behalf of users

-Order equipment and provide cradle to grave support for users

-Troubleshoot user issues, including but not limited to email, internet, hardware, and account issues

-Needs to have a positive attitude and be able to multitask


REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Access

-Familiarity with user/group account management (passwords, usernames, permissions)

-Knowledge of network access storage (shared drives)

-Printer installation and sharing

-Experience problem solving and troubleshooting IT issues

-Good oral and written communication skills

EDUCATION:


SHIFT:M-F 8-5 (flexible)
Part Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
