Chipton-Ross is seeking a Support Planning & Management Specialist 4 for an opportunity in Oklahoma City, OK.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads and executes significant elements of the integrated support program activities for an established or follow-on program to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities. Leads plans and schedules development and supports trade studies for support programs for multiple platforms and systems. Coordinates engineering change proposals and baseline support concepts and challenges inconsistencies for clarification. Establishes leads and executes test plans and validates support requirements for product design.

The VC-25B Integrated Support Planning team seeks a skilled Mid-Level Integrated Support Specialist (GLG4) at the Oklahoma City, OK location to perform a range of integrated support activities spanning across the 12 logistics elements. Activities include oversight planning and management for engine support, spares support system analysis, supply chain and logistics management analysis, technical data review, support equipment and facilities planning and coordination. Activities will also include schedules development, project management and support trade studies related to the deployment of a post-delivery sustainment program. Coordinate engineering and supplier change proposals and baseline support concepts. Collaborate across IPTs and the enterprise to ensure sound, customer oriented solutions. Challenge inconsistencies for clarification and communicate solutions across multiple teams. Brief leadership on project status.

Primary responsibilities:

•Develops support program plans and schedules, validates standard deliverables and supports trade studies for platform subsystems.
•Develops, coordinates and implements program and supplier statements of work
•Executes elements of support program activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.
•Project Manage sub-team deliverables and provide oversight and status
•Monitors Supplier requirements and delivery schedules
•Assists in managing team risks, status and actions
•Assists in managing team business processes and quality
•Develops Team action plans
•Integrate change proposals for team as applicable to Integrated Support
•Develop and assemble estimates (Proposals, Estimate At Completions, etc.)
•Researches, documents and provides technical information and supports the establishment of processes to develop and maintain support products, engineering data and integrated support infrastructure

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
•Five years’ of related experience with jet engine maintenance, assembly and/or depot repair
•Five years’ experience in managing complex projects
•Ten years’ experience with military aviation
•Ten years’ experience with supply chain and/or logistics management practices
•Experience in two or more of the following disciplines: Spares, Provisioning, PHS&T, Maintenance Planning, Technical Data, Training, Logistics Support Analysis, Facility Stand-up, Resource personnel, Design Interface or Product Support

Preferred Qualifications:
•Ten+ years’ experience in USAF aviation maintenance related environment
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing in a technical environment
•Strong communication skills - ability to interact with people across functions and levels

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree

WORK HOURS: 7:00AM-4:00PM
Full-Time/First Shift
