- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Supply Chain Database Analyst for an opening in Rockville, TN.
Reports product and material availability issues & provides supply status and shipment tracking to Customer Service & Operations teams. Responsible for planning and executing assigned purchasing related activities to procure direct materials. Works on tasks of diverse scope, including acquiring and analyzing data.
Maintains purchase order and product data in ERP system. Establishes and maintains rapport with all levels of supplier personnel and internal customers.
Completes special projects and assignments as requested.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
ERP experience required. Data extraction skills (SQL via ODBC) are preferred. Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills and ability to multitask. Knowledge, understanding and application of Supply Chain concepts. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written). Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.
Accredited Bachelor’s degree with studies in Business, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related fields
M-F, 8-5 Eastern
This will be on site.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
