- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Health Services Administrator for an opening in Everett, WA.
Performs complex administrative tasks in support of medical services. Runs basic queries to prepare medical information reports. Documents occupational health examination information and qualifications from health examinations. Schedules complex appointments for internal and external providers. Assesses the urgency of medical requests based on observable or stated signs and symptoms, taking immediate action to minimize potential exposure. Initiatives referral for specific follow-up. Retrieves and files individual medical records and documentation for routine requests and storage following established protocol. Reviews complex medical records and releases documents according to protocol. Provides training and support to less experienced employees. Administers drug and alcohol testing through breath analysis and urine collection; testing is performed according to established protocols and procedures.
3+ years as a Medical Support/Health Services Support Administrator
Not required but beneficial would be the applicant is a certified breath alcohol technician (prefered Lifeloc breath alcohol technician) and is certified to perform drug screen collections in accordance with 49 CFR Part 40.
With at least one year of experience doing workplace drug and alcohol testing.
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
ON CALL/ WORK HOURS:
Hours may be variable with a start time as early as 05:00 am and an end time as late as 6:30 pm. Work week is Monday-Friday
This position is 100% onsite
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
