Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Control Specialist for an opening in Logan, UT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Documentation Specialist will be responsible for assembling capital equipment project documentation for cGMP Manufacture in the Biologics Market. This individual must understand mechanical drawings, component designs, electrical schematics, vendor test protocols, and 3rd party material certifications. These documents will be combined to create equipment turn over packages used for factory acceptance testing and site acceptance testing. These document packages may be reviewed by regulatory agencies (e.g. FDA) prior to start of client drug manufacturing. All on the computer and will be doing tasks on adobe pro and word.. Tasks include reviewing customers certifications and combining documents. Customer facing documentations. Customer facing documentations that goes with the product.

REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of experience in creating quality documentation. Excellent computer skills and the ability to work in all Microsoft programs. Work well in a fast pace environment and ability to direct suppliers in resolving documentation issues as needed. Highly motivated and self-directed requiring minimal supervision including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS degree in business writing or 2-4 years of equivalent experience.

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Monday-Friday 9- 5 p.m. (Flexible)

Currently remote, but plan to be on site once the site is allowing people on-site

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
