- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Document Clerk for an opening in Plainsboro, NJ.
o Maintain The Skills Matrix - responsible for collecting all training documents and updating the Skills Matrix for each employee.
o Compliance Suite Training Records Database - responsible for entering all new employees into the Compliance Suite as well as terminating/deactivating ex-employees.
o Onboarding - Responsible for Supporting Erik with document preparation as needed.
o Monthly Training Reports & Monthly Safety Activities Report - Provide a monthly training review for HS&E and other safety related training to the Corporate Compliance Manager.
o Oversees Forklift Training - Schedule invites for all new employees as well as annual training for staff - training on Wednesdays
o Compliance Suite Management - Collect sign in sheets for all completed compliance training and enter into employee folders in the Compliance Suite.-
o Standard Operating Procedure Database - Upkeep and organization of the database; support of production in updating and modifying procedures for upload.
o Occupational Medicine Management - Support Production Specialist as defined with clinic invoices and monthly respiratory testing scheduling; Currently would receive physical and audiometric reports from Princeton Health Services and scan into the employee history files.
o Respiratory Training - Follow up with managers to ensure that respiratory questionnaires are completed and returned prior to new hire or annual testing; support in scheduling training classes
o 2-3 years prior experience in an office environment with prior exposure to manufacturing/production environment preferred overseeing hi volume of activity and maintenance of data bases.
o Well-organized with the ability to identify new priorities and communicate effectively between managers, co-workers and new employees.
o Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
