Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking an Recruiting/Mobility Coord C -for an opening in Mesa, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Supporting candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
o Administer pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with regulations and avoidance of conflict of interest
o Own the candidate experience and provide engagement throughout interview scheduling, the hiring process and beyond.
o Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure 'first day readiness'
o Manage a high volume of confidential information at all times
o Prioritize multiple tasks and manage work load and time effectively

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
o Experience in a customer service role
o Experience in a role where attention to detail, accuracy and quality are needed
o Experience building and maintaining professional relationships
o Ability to be flexible, prioritize work and quickly learn new systems and skills
o Experience with Workday
o Communication skills


EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED.


FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT:

WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Shift expectations: First shift




Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
