Chipton-Ross is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator located in El Segundo, CA but will be working from home.
Contact Aerospace suppliers to ensure that equipment, supplies and services will be received and completed by contracted dates Advise Aerospace stakeholders when delivery schedules are in jeopardy.Coordinate resolutions for any issues that impact delivery schedules being met.
" Conduct delivery follow up with Aerospace suppliers on open purchase orders
" Document updates from suppliers in databases and SAP
" Communicate updates to buyers and business partners
" Coordinate with business partners, Shipping and Receiving, Accounts Payable and suppliers to resolve delivery and invoice discrepancy issues
" Experience creating and maintaining databases in Excel and other database tools
" Ability to plan and organize information
" Ability to work independently
" Excellent verbal and written communication skills
" Strong interpersonal skills and ability to emphasize the importance of on time supplier performance
" 3-5 years related experience
" Prior Procurement or Supply Chain experience is preferred. College degree, undergraduate, or certificate program in subcontract management, supply chain management, or related field
High School diploma required. BS/BA or equivalent preferred School must be accredited.
5/40 work week
Remote Work, Must be Local candidate
7am to 4pm
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
