Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiter II for an opportunity in Mesa, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate will support requisition management, candidate experience, and hiring manager partnership in the delivery of talent acquisition/full lifecycle recruiting processes. Supporting entry level talent needs in business and information technology, manufacturing skillsets.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Candidate would have excellent attention to talent acquisition service delivery, excellent partnership and communication, comfortability in advising and influencing hiring decisions, and managing/balancing high priority and fast paced priorities.

Experience in providing excellent customer service, business partnership, and comfortable advising, and navigating ambiguity, attention to staffing/process compliance.

Preference in managing talent acquisition or HR processes in Workday

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's Degree

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
