o Report Near Misses to the direct supervisor.
o Report Incidents or Accidents to the direct supervisor.
o Identify and communicate potential gains or possible improvements to the management system.
o All other duties as assigned.

This position will be based in Alsip, Illinois. Works closely with peer group to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Works closely with other functions, such as control room operators and quality control to ensure efficient operation of the plant to meet production demand.

o High school diploma/GED required.
o 1-3 years warehousing or logistics experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment is preferred.
o Ability to work with minimal supervision while acting as a strong team member.
o Strong communication skills required.
o Previous forklift or powered industrial equipment license or certification is preferred.
o Must be able to climb ladders and work at significant heights
o Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds; both to carry and to lift overhead.
o Must be able to wear a respirator.
o Must be able to enter confined spaces
o Must be a highly motivated, team player and able to work independently.

High School Diploma/GED

Candidates will be working M-F for 2 weeks 8am – 5pm and then will be moved to 2-2-3-2-3-2-3 schedule and will be 12h shifts starting at 530am or 530pm.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
