Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking an Project Management 2 for an opportunity in Falls Church, VA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Looking for Scrum Master with Project Management knowledge/experience to provide oversight of the Agile framework to ensure operational excellence in product deliveries. Provides guidance and helps educate the team in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and Scaled Agile framework (SAFe), ensuring that the Agile process is being followed. Helps remove impediments and fosters an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. Experience with managing budgets and metrics reporting to showcase value delivered at each increment or release. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors with 5 years’ experience or 10 years IT experience without degree.
Scrum Master certifications preferred.
Experience running Agile projects as a Scrum Master is preferred.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma/GED.
School must be accredited.

HOURS:
5/40 work week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
