Chipton-Ross is seeking a Test Engineer III for an opening in Grand Prairie, TX.
Analyze complex electronic devices and circuitry to design automated card level test equipment (ATE) focused on Acculogic FLS980 Flying Probe tester, establish hardware and software test requirements, design and document ATE, integrate ATE software and hardware, and demonstrate ATE work product completion. Must be interested in working with both hardware and software, must be able to complete tasks per established schedule, and must have strong writing and communication skills. Job requires ability to acquire a secret security clearance.
Acculogic FLS980 Flying Probe Test Development experience, Xmatic circuit card translation, circuit card flying probe carrier design, Microsoft Office applications, strong writing and communication skills *
Bachelors degree in Engineering. Desired Skills Powered testing development on Flying Probe tester, Acculogic Flying Fixture experience, Boundary Scan (JTAG) test development Optional Skills Agilent 3070 Test Development, TestSight CAD translation, CKT1175 programming, Perl Specific
