- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Financial Analyst for anopening in Pittsburgh, PA.
Looking for temporary services within the Enterprise Services (ES) Division to be the primary lead in a Headcount clean-up/alignment project. The ES division supports two divisions (CMD & RSD). Current ES headcount points to one (or both) division with no clear structure on alignment. This is causing mapping issues for Headcount reporting, cost recognition, and forecasting/planning miss-alignment. The purpose of this project is to have an individual assess the overall state of the current ES headcount, identify employees that need re-aligned, and drive the changes for correct alignment.
Pulling current ES headcount by department to identify current state. Identify departments within ES and, with help of manager, determine where the departments should be mapped. Confirm accuracy of heads within departments by engaging department managers. Initiate mapping/alignment changes within Workday. Identify all employees currently being allocated to ES through other divisions. Create Cost Center, Product Line, and Entity mapping files to be used for new hires. Track all changes to current state.
High-energy self-starter with strong drive for results.
Must be well versed in Excel with strong data mining background. Individual must have a strong attention to detail and organization. Effective communicator that can provide information clearly and concisely. Ability to present compelling, concise evidence to support positions.
Accredited High School Diploma/GED
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
