Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking International Customer Service - Account Specialist in King Of Prussia, PA.

Specifically, we need a resource with experience in “standard” CS activities but also, must have import/export knowledge as well. This would be a shared, rotating, resource who would be a “utility” resource, supporting various (and multiple) business units as needed.

In a non-COVID environment this resource would be based in KOP, but given that we will continue to work remotely for the unforeseen future, candidates within the entire north east geography can be considered.

Bachelor’s Degree with Emphasis in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent relevant customer service experience.

3 to 5 with Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant customer service experience without Bachelor's degree. In both cases, minimum 2 years of international experience (50% or more of job is international order management), 3-6 years of experience in a customer service or other customer facing role.

Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and Power Point.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving & decision making skills; presentation skills

Customer Order processing in an enterprise system, SAP is strongly preferred. Knowledgeable in and consistent use of Incoterms 2010 is required.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
