Chipton-Ross is seeking a Software Engineer for an opening in Fort Worth, TX
Candidate responsibilities will span the technology development lifecycle, including requirements generation, system and software design and implementation, integration and operational test, and adjudicating change requests as the software is updated, tested, and integrated.
The successful candidate will work in a high-performing team and must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate must have demonstrated effective communication skills as the position will require frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions. The ability to travel on occasion for team interaction and integration and test activities is required.
Experience with cloud infrastructure technologies (Amazon AWS/C2S, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes containers)
• Mission Planning and Battle Management Knowledge
• Agile Software Development (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Agile Process Tools (e.g. JIRA)
• Software Development Tools (e.g. Visual Studio, Eclipse)
• Software Configuration Management (e.g. git)
• Service Oriented Architecture Knowledge
• Message Broker Technology (e.g. Active MQ)
• Knowledge of UCI
• KeyCloak w/ OAuth2.0
• .NET 5.0
• Bachelors or Above Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• Extensive experience with backed end web services (examples: C#, Java)
