Chipton-Ross is seeking a Customer Training Specialist for an opening in Oklahoma City, OK.
Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials. Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.
o Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.
o Oversees activities in the development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training.
o Utilizes established processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.
o Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing ground support systems media and materials.
o Gathers data to support, and complete proposal development activities.
o Minimum of 3 years' experience with the B-1 and/or B-52 aircrafts
o Minimum of 3 years' experience in weapons and missile systems
o Minimum of 1 year experience with Customer Training
PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience developing and delivering training material
o Formal instructor for aircrew training
Accredited advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
WORK HOURS: 9/80
