Chipton-Ross is seeking an Equal Employment Opportunity & Diversity Investigator in Remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conducts EEO investigations into complaints regarding EEO-related matters and provides results to diversity, equity and inclusion management. Utilizes the Aerospace EEO complaint management process to conduct employee intake interview, prepare an investigation plan, plan and host information gathering/witness interviews, obtain necessary documents, conduct required analysis, complete required documentation, prepare required reports, and host employee close-out discussions, as appropriate.

Required Skills:
" 8 years' of relevant HR or EEO experience
" Diversity, equity and inclusion
" Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
" Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity laws
" Experience conducting EEO complaint investigations

Education:
" Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications (optional):
" Master's Degree or JD
" Excellent written and oral communication skills
" Demonstrated positive experiences working in a corporate team environment
" Strong attention to detail
" Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

WORK SCHEDULE:
ON-CALL / PART-TIME

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
