Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Facilities Tool Crib Clerk for an opening in Salt Lake City, UT.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitor Contractor personnel during projects to ensure compliance with security and safety regulations
• Assist Facilities Technicians in lite building maintenance activities
• Move Material and or parts to support Facilities projects
• Stock supplies and assist with inventory
• Perform analysis on material usage and identify opportunities to reduce overhead inventory levels.
• Performs pricing analysis on stock and non stock materials, parts, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct inventory and cycle counts on Facilities parts and materials.
• Assist Facilities personnel in finding and checking out needed parts and materials.
• Price check and order replacement stock materials for Tool Crib.
• Order non stock materials on an as-needed basis to support projects and service requests.
• Receive and stock deliveries of parts and materials.
• Organize Crib and Materials in a manner that maximizes efficiencies.
• Develop processes and methods to improve ordering efficiency and accuracy.
• Enter order information into Facilities Management database to track price and use levels.
• Monitor stock levels and evaluate appropriate min/max quantities according to preferred vendor availability and lead times.
• Reconcile material orders with Service Requests and appropriate charge codes.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
