Chipton-Ross is seeking a LMS Administrator for an openign in Carlsbad, CA.

The Learning System Administrator will be responsible to support Operations department with daily training demands, coordinating schedules for training, and administration of the learning management system (LMS). They must be approachable, transparent and have the ability to maintain a consistent level of energy and enthusiasm.

Maintains quality standards and a state of audit-readiness. Enrolls and/or assigns team members in the appropriate courses in LMS (Learning Management System). Manages LMS which includes, but is not limited to, importing course content, course approvals, post-tests, and the evaluation process to ensure tasks are completed within given timeframes. Generates, analyzes, and distributes training data reports. Facilitates periodic reviews of curricula. Maintains library of training materials. Modifies and creates user groups. Author and Organize: training manuals, reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials including but not limited to: eLearning tools, Intranet Centers, and any other training tool utilized within the department. Supports new hire orientation. Perform special projects and duties as assigned.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Ability to operate within generally defined procedures and practices under general direction and minimal supervision. Works well in a metrics-focused environment. Well organized and detail oriented. Strong analytical and communication skills. Self-Motivated, creative, organized, professional, outgoing and expressive individual. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Effectively communicate with all band levels of employees.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) tools. Experience in ISO or cGMP regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Experience in training and development

Accredited High School Diploma with 2+ years of relevant work experience
Accredited Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Education field, Human Resources, Communications, Science or related discipline.


This is remote for now but may turn into onsite later so we want local to Carlsbad and someone who would be okay going onsite

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
