Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Business Process Analyst1 for an opening in Albuquerque, NM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under supervision, supports process team facilitation with logistics and process data recording. Participates in documenting business processes and data models. Becomes familiar with current strategic initiatives. Primary assignments are entry level in nature. Uses established procedures and guidelines to accomplish assignments. Understands established document control procedures and guidelines to complete assignments. Supports efforts to eliminate and/or consolidate process documentation. Understands the application of process standards, guidelines, methods and tools.

The ideal candidate is organized, a strong communicator, open to new opportunities and experiences on a wide range of business functions, and works well as part of a multi-functional team. Candidate should have strong Microsoft skills, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Interacts primarily with immediate supervisor and other personnel within the group and on multi-functional program teams.
•Contributes to the completion of task-related activities. Errors typically do not have a major effect on the organization.
•Follows directions for routine work with limited supervision. Receives detailed instructions for specific assignments.
•Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
•Knowledge of document preparation, editing, and formatting techniques for professional documents, including awareness of working within brand standards and guidelines.
•Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel functions in order to maintain and analyze large data sets.
•Achieves efficient, timely, quality results with excellent customer service attitude.
•Identifies and implements process improvements to business operations, services and models.
•Knowledge of techniques to help identify a customer's organization, capabilities, practices, support resources, preferences, problems, and other constraints in order to provide effective product support and technical issue resolution.
•Duties will also include administrative tasks, such as meeting logistics, ordering office supplies, tracking team calendars, basic data entry, etc.

EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
