Chipton-Ross is seeking a Senior Site Specialist for an opening in Salt Lake City, UT.

SUMMARY:
This position is focused on service delivery excellence for UnityTM Lab Services. Specific activities relative to the job function could include: order management, customer service, POD's, Invoice reconciliation, inventory management, emergency orders, returns, customer care resolution and other duties. This position will utilize the advanced functionality of proprietary systems and applications relevant to the job function, such as: Mainframe, ULSIM, and RIMs, procurement applications, and the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Customer interface communication skills are required. It is also expected that this position will have an understanding of performance metrics, and the ability to capture necessary data pertaining to individuals or team activities. Data integrity and attention to detail are paramount.

OBJECTIVE:
Looking for someone with strong customer service skills and experience with warehouse work and inventory control processes. This role requires that the ideal candidates will be able to be on their feet for a big portion of the day. The day is split evenly on site at customer location between customer service and inventory control. At least a few years' worth of customer service experience. Should be comfortable with MS Suite, will be taught to learn proprietary systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow well defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOP's & work instructions. Take direction from Site Supervisor/Manager (and Team Lead) regarding daily duties. Independently makes decisions and utilizes available resources to meet customer requirements. Analyzes/maintains/reconciles various customer and client reports to ensure customer and client requirements are met. Demonstrates proficiency at capturing, presenting and explaining job or site specific performance metrics. Communicates with supervisor any customer issues or potential problems. Promotes personal growth and development by staying abreast of new policies and enhancements without the presence of site trainer and management team. Listens to customer concerns, effectively diffuses dissatisfaction, and quickly identifies course of action with a goal of first call resolution within established turnaround times. Works effectively with a diverse cross-functional team. Embraces Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodologies. Access & utilize the client's Intranet and SharePoint document management system. Positively represent the client at all times throughout customer locations. Performs order management and other duties as assigned such as backorder updates, order management, email management, returns, customer service on phone, metric reporting, correction of orders, EDI processing, Deduct and hold orders and other such duties related to customer service.

Order Management:
Perform order entry, order expediting, customer service call resolution, return goods authorization, processing of backorders and other duties. Inventory Management: Receiving of inventory, verification against packing list, material put away and detrashing of cardboard, management of overages/shortages and damages related to inventory receiving. Glass washing and Autoclaving. Facilitate vendor and customer interaction, problem resolution, executing 3rd party & agent buys.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have three to five years of progressive relevant experience. Must possess a strong desire to serve the customer, and the interpersonal skills to deal with various levels of personnel at the customer site. Must deliver excellent customer service to include maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Must possess the operating skills to use hand held scanners and learn to enter data in various systems as necessary. Must possess the organizational skills to multi-task and meet deadlines as needed. Must be proficient with a computer and the Microsoft Office suite of software. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Displays a high level of confidentiality for both customer and the client. Must maintain the client's' Four-I Values.
Working Conditions:
Works primarily at customer locations, in office environment to include cubicles and/or in and around stock rooms, storage locations. May be required to work independently at customer location. Must be able to work overtime as required.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Part-Time
20 hours per week

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
