Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Technical Data Designer 2 for an opening in New Orleans, LA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Generate / Update / Release of Acceptance Test Procedures in support of the Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF)
•Redline incorporation / revisions to already released documents for Core Stage Two, Three, Four (CS2, CS3, and CS4)
•Document real-time recording of procedural findings during support of the MAF Acceptance Test in the Simulation Lab at Huntsville Gateway
•Develop and release Procedures using the APDM system (Windchill) and Coordination with signatories as required
•Develop and update Change Initiation Forms for Functional Test Cores Stages Two, Three, Four (CS2, CS3, and CS4)
•Maintain and report to buyer at least bi-weekly, metrics for the purpose of tracking work progress.
•Travel in support of tests in New Orleans and Huntsville. Estimated travel for a total of 2 months during the period of performance to support statement of work.

EDUCATION:
Accredited Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

TRAVEL: YES
Travel in support of tests in New Orleans and Huntsville. Estimated travel for a total of 2 months during the period of performance to support statement of work.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT:
ADDITIONAL DETAILS
• Start Time: 6am (potential to be flex to start between 6am-7am)
• End Time: 3pm

MISCELLANEOUS:
This work assignment has been designated as "safety-sensitive" by the Client. Contractors assigned to safety-sensitive jobs at the Client site must first complete regulatory pre-placement requirements prior to reporting to assignment. Additionally, contractors assigned to safety-sensitive work will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing in accordance with federal mandates.


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
