Chipton-Ross is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator located in North Charleston, SC.

Supports the end-to-end recruiting and relocation/assignment authorization process. Supports the administration of hire, rehire and/or transfer of internal and external applicants to meet the company's business hiring needs. Supporting candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Administer pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with regulations and avoidance of conflict of interest. Own the candidate experience and provide engagement throughout interview scheduling, the hiring process and beyond. Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure ‘first day readiness’. Manage a high volume of confidential information at all times. Prioritize multiple tasks and manage work load and time effectively. Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on: Their entire role is to delight candidates and hiring leaders. Help them through their interview scheduling, as well as onboarding items (offer contingencies, background checks, and drug tests).

o 3+ years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
o Experience with Workday
o Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
o Experience in a customer service role
o Experience in a role where attention to detail, accuracy and quality are needed
o Experience building and maintaining professional relationships
o Customer service type of support and help
o Ability to be flexible, prioritize work and quickly learn new systems and skills
o Communication skills
o Recruiting coordinator background is ideal.

Accredited High School Diploma/GED

Full-Time/First Shift
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
