Chipton-Ross is seeking a Marketing Communications Coordinator for an opening in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Coordinator administers strategic marketing communications and tools including Literature Services, Sales Webcast, Sales Enablement Platform and Commercial Marketing Suite (CMS) to help drive growth and deliver an excellent customer experience. Coordination responsibilities are diverse and require attention to detail, strong follow through and excellent customer service skills. The Coordinator collaborates with Portfolio Management, Commercial Team members and Marketing colleagues. Additional programs may be developed and added for administrative support to this role in the future.

Monitor inventory and resolve any issues with uncategorized items in the Literature Services system. Monitor inventory reports to ensure expired literature is removed in a timely fashion. Record usage and engagement metrics across Marketing Communication tools and support monthly reporting updates of the Communications Dashboard. Support content management of the SalesConnect intranet site. Perform approved edits to PDFs created in the CMS system as requested by Commercial Team members. Circulate Sales Training presentations to Marketing colleagues for quarterly updates and complete requested updates prior to the next onboarding class. Assist with migration of assets and creation and tagging of meta-data for the Sales Enablement platform. Communicates directly with Manager, Marketing & Commercial Communications to provide progress reports and resolve issues or concerns. Maintains accurate and organized files, including documentation of important verbal discussions, issues and requests. Other duties as assigned.

At least one year of Marketing communications or general office experience, preferably in a position that required content maintenance and asset inventory management. Experience with Share Point preferred. Outstanding organizational skills. Proficient with MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Nitro Pro (or similar PDF editor). Ability to work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Resourcefulness. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work environment. Detail-oriented and highly accurate, with excellent follow-up and customer service skills. Strong project management skills.

Accredited Bachelor's degree, marketing or communications.


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
