Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a QAD and Training Admin for an opening in St. Louis, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily execution of product batch documentation issuance, scanning, reconciliation and archival. Tasks included oversight to any sample labels that require issuance in the LIMS system. Daily collaboration and communication with Operations (Manufacturing and Quality Assurance) regarding client prioritization in support of batch production. Daily tie in with the day shift team to ensure flow of tasks is maintained. Maintain site archives in a controlled and organized state for preparations for regulatory inspections. Ensures compliance with FDA, EMA and other cGMP regulations, including customer requirements and international regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Quality Systems team regarding electronic documentation system (eDMS). Maintains personal training requirements. Maintains a safe working environment and supports site safety intiatives. Effectively communicates with peers and all other departments on site. Performs any other tasks as requested by Management to support Quality oversight activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
experience in LIMS (Sample Manager) and electronic training systems. Multi tasker, deadline driven, focused.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time
Monday through Friday – 9 am to 6 pm

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
