Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Client Services Administrator for an opening in Swedesboro, NJ.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Account Executives with daily/weekly/monthly tasks as assigned. Assist with internal project coordination and management and throughout the entire process as assigned. Awareness and understanding of client services and any regulations for the industry (i.e. PDMA, FAA, etc) Demonstrates exceptional organizational, time management and project management skills. Completes tasks on time, ensuring accuracy. Follow documented Standard Operating Procedures and Client Work Instructions. Ensure timeliness and accuracy for work performed throughout the organization. Ensure all departments are completing tasks in support of client expectation/contract. Identify areas where tasks are not being completed in support of client expectation, escalate to Account Executive and/or Management. Complete and manager overall tracker of actionable items for completion. Keep manager informed of progress. Ensure that work instructions are fed through the proper Quality Documentation channels. Ability to enhance the process with technology, reducing the manual work necessary to perform day to day operations. Escalate issues to the Account Executive and Management timely. Seeks out opportunities to assist with special projects within the department. Run reports on-time, analyze data to identify issues, and submit results to Account Executive.

Client Relationship Management
Fulfill client requests for support as assigned or requested by the Account Executives and/or Management not limited to shipment/order searches, reporting, and direct follow up with client. Support Account Executive on client meetings/phone calls as needed. Serve as back up to Account Executive for assigned accounts. Manage to client agreement the timely response and reporting. Escalate and support any exceptions to the Account Executive and/or Management. Identify areas of improvement and present to Account Executive. Provide support of invoicing for clients as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, etc.

EDUCATION:
Accredited High School Diploma/GED

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
