Chipton-Ross is seeking two Payroll Assistant 3's for an opportunity in Irving, TX. **Will work from home, but need to be in the DFW area.**

Performs a variety of statistical tasks and clerical duties required to prepare payroll data for computer input. Reviews timekeeping records. Processes exception items requiring special handling. Responds to inquiries from employees regarding deductions, calculations, and changes in compensation. Prepares, compiles and maintains various statistical and payroll records. May manually calculates wages and post wage data for temporary work, bonuses, vacations, terminations, and special payroll requirements. May maintain employee records on company's human resources information system (HRIS). May perform analyses and reviews of data, develop reports for supervision review.

High school diploma and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (excel, word, and PowerPoint)
Experience working with a timekeeping and/or payroll platform
Basic experience working with a HR management system (HRIS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fundamentals of Payroll Certification [1 year completion requirement]

Preferred Qualifications:
Associate Degree or higher education
Work Day and/or PeopleSoft
Payroll SAP
Service Now case management experience

High school diploma or GED
School must be accredited

5/40 workweek.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
