Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Lab Technician for an opening in Fremont, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute manufacturing protocol accurately and with limited supervision. Take responsibility for the manufacture of products as delegated by the Production Team Supervisor or Team Lead. Perform duties within the corporate EH&S Standards. Address and report to supervisor or Lead any problems in daily manufacturing. Periodically review and discuss your priorities with supervisor. Familiar with manufacturing processes. Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery. Communicate effectively with other production staff. Achieve high productivity by reliable and punctual attendance. Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation in daily manufacturing. Responsible for the completion of all tasks assigned daily (working O/T may be required).

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience gained through Bachelors degree or 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing. Familiar with manufacturing processes. Ability to organize and prioritize work to ensure on-time delivery. Documentation and following SOP’s. Communicates effectively with team members and management. Basic computer skills such as Microsoft office.

Working Conditions
Works in a manufacturing environment; is required to lift up to 30 lbs. and may be required to stand for long periods of time while performing duties. Must be able to work safely with materials and equipment. Must be able to work overtime and flexible shifts.

EDUCATION:
Accredited BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology.

SHIFT:
Full-Time
Monday - Friday 2PM-10:30PM (Every weekend flex 10)

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
