Chipton-Ross is seeking five Security Coordinator 1's for an opportunity in Redondo Beach, CA.
The selected candidates will provide Security escorting services by personally escorting, remaining physically present, and visually monitoring all activities of uncleared personnel assigned to approved work areas. Access to these work areas will be identified and approved by the Contractor Program Security Officer. This involves interaction with internal and external contractors assigned to multiple projects.
The selected candidates must: identify the uncleared personnel requiring escort into approved work areas; interact effectively with various Security professionals; remain physically present and alert at all times in the approved work area with the uncleared personnel; deny access to work areas that has not been approved; actively monitor the movement and activities of the uncleared personnel to ensure no breach of security protocols occurs; immediately report any actual or suspected breach of security protocol to the designate representative; immediately report any accidents, injuries, or safety-related issues to Security representatives.
High School diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience.
High School Diploma/GED is required.
School must be accredited.
This position will be On-Call/Part-Time status with a flexible schedule
Clearance is required. Applicants responding to this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements by currently possessing the ability to view classified government information.
Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
