Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Communications Coordinator for a Remote opening.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
"Software Factory Digest Quarterly Newsletters

"Copy and Messaging Creation for SWF Websites, Special Interest Groups, and Product Pages

"Sourcing case studies, details, and metrics from a variety of business areas for Brag Sheets and promotional/informational collateral

"Support the integrated communications strategies to provide opportunities for engagements with programs seeking Software Factory support


REQUIREMENTS:
"Exceptional writing and editing skills in a variety of topics including, but not limited to DevSecOps, software development, and technology

"Ability to aid in the development and implementation of communication plans

"Experience distilling information from team meetings and content submissions to stories for publication in a variety of channels such as crafting content for newsletters, websites, internal and external communications from a brand perspective

"Comfortable interviewing product owners and technical leads to gather news, stories, program and platform insights, and announcements, etc.

"Experience working within brand guidelines and messaging documentation

"Proven strong strategic communications mindset with experience delivering business results and success measures.

"Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management.

"Comfortable providing coaching, new ideas, sensitive feedback and real-world lessons learned to leaders at all levels.

"Project management experience
"A self-starter who can be depended upon to ensure the accuracy and quality of content with minimal day-to-day supervision.

"Ability to multitask, adapt and work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

"Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure with employees at all levels.

"Attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.

"Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

-Background in technology related fields and software development
-Familiarity with Agile
-Experience working with software engineers and tech focused staff


EDUCATION:
"Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: Communications, Journalism, English or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

"2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications and/or PR

SHIFT: 4/10.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
