Chipton-Ross is seeking a IT Projects Coordinator/Financial Analyst for an opening in Carlsbad, CA.

This role is part of the Corporate Solutions and Integrations team supporting Global Business Services (GBS). The mission of GBS is to enable consistency, efficiency and scale of shared services functions. GBS responsibilities include shared service center operations, global procurement, financial operations, supply chain management, practical process improvement, real estate, facilities and security.

In partnership with GBS, the IT Sr Data Analyst will define and implement data strategies for continuous process improvement, advanced analytics, predictive insights and visual controls. Initially focused on Operations and Supply Chain to improve demand forecast, inventory optimization, real time controls and visibility. Other key business priorities include procurement and supplier analytics.

Proactively identify and evaluate data governance priorities to enable high quality, trusted data to improve business operations, customer satisfaction and productivity

Successful candidates must have excellent leadership and business engagement behaviors. Translating business priorities into actions and maximizing the corporate IT Enterprise Data Platform.

Coordination and leadership of complex interdependent program timelines and objectives. Technical IT leader and GBS operations partner for the implementation, integration and organizational change required to enable data driven organizations. Program and portfolio prioritization of investment and resource management to deliver benefits of technology enablement and business process standardization. Proactively implement continuous improvements and key performance indicators for support, operations and projects

Accredited High School Diploma/GED
