Description


Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Analyst III for an opening in Remote, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs Security Administration in up to 15 HR Systems
Identifies root causes and mitigates Security/Role issues
Leverages knowledge of business processes, business acumen and critical thinking
Provides proactive analysis and recommends solutions to security issues utilizing inductive and deductive reasoning
Interprets and explains HR business processes, Role Assignmentspolicies and procedures to business inquiries
Partners with cross-functional resources in order to provide timely and accurate resolutions to requests
Supports flexible hours in order to satisfy customer needs when necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of experience with the Workday HR Management System
1+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform
3+ years of experience providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services
Willingness to work variable shifts; including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Securities skills Needed- this role performs Security Administration in up to 15 HR Systems & will need to be able to Identify root causes and mitigates Security/Role issues
PREFERRED DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role

EDUCATION:
Accredited advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)

WORK HOURS:
Full-Time

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
