Chipton-Ross is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist 3 for a virtual opening.

Identifies and develops diverse candidate pools. Uses various sourcing activities and refined search techniques to identify candidates and verifies that only qualified candidates are presented for management review. Provides guidance and training to hiring managers that authenticates understanding and adherence to Company policy/processes and government hiring regulations. Prepares applicant assessments, provides applicants with information about the company, checks references, arranges and monitors interview process, prepares and extends offers to selected candidates. Conducts pre-employment processing, new employee orientation and on-boarding process.

Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
Craft engaging recruiting emails and compelling job descriptions while ensuring the verbiage used is inclusive language.
Work with hiring managers throughout the organization to understand position requirements
Recruit on positions that vary from Material Handler, Engineering and Executives and everything in between.
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Ability to manage changing priorities and manage time effectively to meet internal service level agreements.
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Manage complex schedules to schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels
Prescreen candidates to ensure they meet the technical qualifications as well as addressing logistical concerns
Negotiating rates with candidates
Moving candidates through the hiring cycle in Workday
Reviewing resumes to ensure no conflicts of interest and all hiring meets ITAR requirements.
Communicating with the hiring manager throughout the hiring process and requesting feedback on candidates
Dispositioning candidates via Workday and communicating with candidates when they aren’t selected
Extending offers
Working with our background and drug screen vendor to get new employees cleared through hiring contingencies
Sending offer letters
Working with the relocation company vendor for new hires that require relocation
Work directly with staffing vendors to manage contract labor program
This is an HR Generalist role so you may be tasked with other roles in HR if hiring has a slowdown.
May be coordinating with IT and Security for new hire onboarding and presenting material for new hires at orientation.

Typically 10 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience.
5+ year of experience in recruiting.
Previous experience recruiting Engineering skill sets a strong plus
Previous experience with ITAR and OFCCP compliance a strong plus


Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
