- Chipton-Ross is seeking a Design and Analysis Engineer 2 located in Huntsville, AL.
Develops and documents moderately complex electronic and electrical system requirements. Designs hardware, software and interface specifications. Tests and validates to ensure system designs meet operational and functional requirements. Assists in monitoring supplier performance to ensure system integration and compliance with requirements. Solves problems concerning fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle. Researches specific technology advances for potential application to company business needs.
• Must have an ENG Degree
• Familiarity with design and/or testing with electrical components such as CCAs, Power Supplies, Compact RIOs
• Develop and document electronic and electrical system procedures
• Provides support of fielded hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle
• Some experience with software programming such as C++
• LabVIEW is desired
Accredited Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years' experience in an engineering classification or a Master's degree with experience in an engineering classification. Required: Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
