Chipton-Ross is seeking an Administrative Assistant for an opening in West Hills, CA.

Organizing food for 200+ people, potentially dinner. Providing office supplies for multiple buildings onsite. Working with IT to set up and maintain distribution lists for multiple managers. Organizing travel, considering international COVID restrictions and regulations. Filling out and submitting expense reports in Concur.

Proficiency in PowerPoint, eg. organizational charts. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, especially file handling and surveys. Proficiency in Outlook and scheduling meetings, using Teams. Proficiency in Excel is a plus. Experience with materials ordering systems, eg. Coupa. Drives projects to completion and goes above and beyond to get things done. Sense of urgency and takes initiative. Positive, can-do attitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Willing to help out where needed, and proactively identifies where help is needed. Can manage multiple priorities at once. Excellent attention to detail. Accurate, detailed, organized is a way of life. Professionally interacts with varying levels inside and outside the organization

Accredited High School Diploma/GED


Need to be onsite, not a remote role
Temp to hire depending on performance and business needs

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
