Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist 3 located in Hazelwood, MO.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares, develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes and maintains, integrated plans and schedules for proposals, projects, programs and major initiatives at all levels across functional value streams to meet program and/or project objectives. Tracks, plans, schedules and performs risk analysis for projects, programs and change activities throughout the lifecycle of a program. Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints and plans involving product development, production rates, process improvement, or program initiatives. Develops the Integrated Master Plan, Integrated Master Schedule and supporting elements, and drives program planning through the Enterprise Gated Process in support of Program requirements and objectives. Performs integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners. Identifies, analyzes and reports schedule performance variances. Performs schedule-related risk and opportunity analyses and provides potential solutions to management. Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates in relevant documentation where appropriate. Performs schedule, event and change impact analysis. Oversees implementation planning for change requirements and ensures commitment of stakeholders. Develops and posts planning, scheduling and change related metrics/reports. Maintains disciplined revision control of all planning/schedule baselines.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Prepare and submit Integrated Performance Management Reports (IPMR) or equivalent
o Develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains plans and schedules for complex projects, programs, and change driven activities
o Experience using Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project, Milestones Professional and Excel
o Performs studies/analysis and planning efforts, within and/or across programs/projects, organizations or business units to determine impacts, constraints, and plans involving product development, production rates, production development activities, process improvement, or program initiatives
o Develops the Integrated Master Plan, schedule and supports change incorporation plans related to integrated scheduling products
o Works with customers to develop performance recovery plans and incorporates recovery plans where appropriate
o Provides training and mentoring to lower level employees
o Develops proposal plans and schedules, baseline execution schedules
o Accountable for schedule compliance, assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities (including schedule margin planning) and providing robust/actionable performance reporting from the IMS to support and drive program management understanding and action
o Prepares Critical Path analysis, scheduling metrics and reports that depict program execution and progress to plan
o Integrate of supplier and partner plans into the IMS to ensure the whole team is operating to the same rhythm and priorities
o Assist in driving program execution through quick turn generation of prospective schedule performance analyses, recovery/alternate scenario planning and improved schedule visibility/visualization

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated resource-loaded project schedules, including the use of project management tools and software such as MS Project, Milestones, Primavera, Open Plan Professional, etc
3+ years of experience in Critical Path Methodology, analysis and reporting
Earned Value Management (EVM) or similar experience


EDUCATION:
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

TRAVEL: YES - Less than 10%

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

MISCELLANEOUS:
Position Comments: Open to hybrid, will need to be able to come onsite 2-3 days a week.

Employment will be contingent on clearing a drug screen and background check. Both must clear prior to start date.
