Chipton-Ross is seeking a Production Planner for an opening in Las Vegas, NV.
WHY WE NEED YOU
We are seeking a dynamic individual to be responsible for handling all aspects of the Materials Planning process from start to finish. This role is responsible for supporting the Engineering and Supply Chain teams with aggressive objectives for 2021 that positively impact our production by maintaining a high level of on-time delivery to internal customers.
" Plan materials requirements by collaborating on build schedules with engineering.
" Create P/N's and process requests for materials through procurement team.
" Serve as the point person between Engineering, Procurement and IPT teams.
" Management and coordination of documents for part revision management.
" Create kit-lists for Inventory control to work to.
" Partner with inventory control to capture lifecycle of parts.
" Knowledge of ERP systems
" Previous experience working in an R&D supply chain team
" Understanding of manufacturing processes and lead-times
" Excellent communication skills
" Proficient in Excel at an advanced skill level and working with large data sets
" Working knowledge of Microsoft programs including: Power Point/Outlook/Word
" Experience with TeamCenter
" Blueprint reading and experience as related to BOM's in mfg.
" Previous experience with Coupa software.
" Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply chain or similar.
1st Shift, 5/40 Schedule
Employment will be contingent on clearing a background check. Must clear prior to start date.
